Staff very welcoming, polite and helpful ☺️
Room was spotless clean, bed was huge and bathroom was fabulous
Breakfast was gorgeous also
The two different lifts to the room
No water in the room
Our room was adjacent onto a lane way with service entrance and from 5.30am the noise of bin trucks and a service door opening and banging every 5 minutes
Also cleaning staff banging furniture and doors from 7.30am in the next rooms was unbelievable, didn't have a good night sleep

Great location, easy to find from the airport, staff friendly and helpful, very clean, great facilities close to the hotel.
Sofa bed uncomfortable, and squeaked with every movement.
Breakfast was very busy, tables close and felt cosey.
Our hotel overlooked the alley behind the hotel, which was … interesting!
