Rude staff. Could not have drinks in the bar as only people dining allowed. Had to go to lobby and look for someone 3 times to take our order. Lobby is cold and not suitable for relaxing

Location was very good and staff very helpful when trying to check in and when room was not ready cases were kept securely so we could relax enjoy lunch and go for a walk.
Breakfast was good fab selection and it can get really busy thankfully we were down early though felt some of the items were left for too long on hot plate.

Room key did not work when we returned from shopping. We were locked out ! Reception said “you haven’t paid your bill. When we booked in earlier no one asked for payment!! Vile reaction to 70 year olds! Total age discrimation. Reception male staff was so rude. I was disgusted. This is Ireland, we are civilised. Room was freezing, it’s December, staff agreed and changed thermostat. Replacement Room key did not work following morning so we just booked out. Never be back or recommend

Lovely Xmassy atmosphere in the foyer, staff very friendly
We were in new section of hotel so bit of a trek to the room, involved two elevators but the bedroom made up for it, very comfortable and everthing you need for your stay
