Good location and breakfast.
They did make up our bed, even after asking quite a few times. We had to walk down late at night to ask again so we could sleep. After walking down they came up a fair while later and brought the wrong stuff so we had to wait even longer. Didn’t get to bed till close to midnight. Bed was not comfortable and the light in the bathroom turns on automatically, shining through the glass panel of the bathroom, waking everyone up. Room was really hard to get to having to walk down multiple corridors and elevators.

The hotel let us keep our extra bags in their storage room (for no extra charge) while we went on with our travels, this was extremely helpful. The Breakfast buffet is excellent, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect within walking distance to all the major attractions and temple bar area,. Would definitely recommend and re stay.

Breakfast was good location was excellent The price was fair and the staff were ok
I was there for my 1st anniversary and asked for a large double bed in a luxury room. I got a twin room and I tried to change it and was told BECAUSE I BOOKED WITH BOOKING . COM I get what they have. This upset my wife on our 1st anniversary

The location was excellent for our visit was within walking distance of everything we had planned to do . Breakfast was well orchestrated and plentiful with a good choice of.
Found everything to of a very good standard and plenty of staff for every need.

The room was very large and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and the location was very convenient. The staff was very friendly. I will definitely go again in this hotel in my next visits in Dublin.
The only thing I didn’t like was the view from my window.

The staff were amazing from the minute u walk in the door .michaél was absolutely fantastic for the help to breakfast each morning and the chats and helpful information on what to do with children in the city
