Rooms were very basic with ordinary comforts that you expect from top hotel. Toiletries and other basic niceties in a room They double booked a taxi to the airport causing serious distress for several parties. Total skackarse attitude to customers Gym kit was ok but ordinary and you had no way to get back to room other than mix with all the guests Expensive but not as expensive as other options Rather dominated by big bus tours Too many beggars out in the street around the neighbourhood

Central location, kind and helpful staff. Nice breakfast buffet.
Wifi login situation was archaic. Only one person in our room managed to log in, after lots of hurdles. Bathroom products could be upgraded to something slightly nicer at this price point.

Excellent deluxe twin room, very spacious, clean, and tidy. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was hot and came out on hot plates , a great variety of breakfast options.
I loved everything. So there is nothing to complain about.

Breakfast was very nice 2 options for the same buffet, a smaller more intimate room or the large dining room. The staff was very helpful and held our luggage until the room was ready so we could tour the city
room was very small and challenging to get to as there were steps in the maze- like hall to get to the room. The WiFi was terrible. Access was difficult and the passwords changes at midnight daily. It was a tired old hotel that has not been modernized compared to other old magnificent manors we stayed in this trip. It was overpriced for the value.

This hotel is in a great location - easy to access the downtown Dublin core, hop on-hop off Big Bus, etc. And catch the AirCoach to and from the airport.
It’s a very large hotel and the first room we were offered (6th floor), while beautiful, was very far from the elevators and restaurants, and required using stairs between the 5th and 6th floors, which was difficult for us due to having to carry suitcases up one floor. We requested a similar room with elevator access only (no stairs) and the hotel happily accommodated us. We were very pleased with the location of the second room.
