Location
Very busy breakfast room, poorly organised, coffee machine right at the side of the buffet, people didn’t know where to queue. Asked for two rooms close together and we were literally at the furthered point possible away from each other on the same floor.

The breakfast was good. The location was good. The room itself had no working WiFi, phone, no remote control, no working heating, it was noisy in the floor of the hotel. Worst of all the window would not close. And this was the new section. Rooms had barely any plugs or charging stations and as for cosmetic…. No mirrors or a place to simply plug in a hair appliance….. very badly designed.
Like it doesn’t sound you’re in a hospital and better smenirues in the room…
