Very Good
Kind, attentive staff, fantastic location right on O'Connell St. Great coffee!! The breakfast was beyond expectation.
Be aware the lift only goes up to Level 5, even though they have 6 Levels so you have to walk up stairs if you are staying on Level 6, which isn't great for people with mobility issues. It was okay for us as we have no mobility issues. A little bit pricey in the bat with a coffee coating nearly €6, but it is Dublin so be aware.

The service was excellent - staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fabulous - plenty of great options.
We just had some trouble with the wifi. For the first night, getting on wifi was tricky; for the second night, the wifi went down. Staff were helpful and concerned.

Great location, staff very friendly and helpful, great breakfast and good value, would definitely stay here again ?
Just a pity the parking is so expensive at 30 euros a night but it's probably the same every where in Dublin ?

Wonderful
the food was lovely and a good selection, the breakfast room was a bit chaotic with so many guests - not very relaxing but this was our only thing that we didnt like

Complimentary buffet breakfast was a plus! The staff was outstanding, and I enjoyed being greeted by staff when I left and returned. Menu selections were plentiful, elevators were always in service, bathrooms were always clean. Tour busses came to the front of the hotel. Location was SO accessible to city features; we were able to walk everywhere, and we did!
I might have enjoyed access to a hot tub or pool, but it did not take away from my overall experience.

Breakfast was great, plenty to choose from.
Deborah was working the bar the night we were there and she was very friendly and helpful, we enjoyed the cocktails and wine.
We had numerous changes to our flight and the staff rescheduled our taxi every time without any issue, very helpful.

Wonderful
The hotel is really lovely with a lively bar scene. People were always enjoying the lobby area but never out of control. The breakfast was ample and very tasty. We went all times they served and never had a problem getting a table. The room was nicely decorated and the bed was very comfy. Tour buses and public transportation pickups are directly outside the hotel - which was great for the early pickups.
The actual block, Upper O'Connell is a little dicey, especially at night. People were clearly inebriated and there were multiple pushy panhandlers. Also there were always smokers in front of the building.

Poor
Checked in and they checked me into a room that was occupied by another family, they changed my room and the hallway smelled like cigarettes. Loud people in hallways at 2 am, could hear everything outside , didn’t sleep a wink

The artificial duvet...hated it, full stop. Feather duvets are the sign of 4 *

The breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had.
There was nothing I didn’t like. I wish they had offered a room with another bed instead of a couch bed. But it was OK.

I loved being able to check in on line and state arrival time as we had an early flight arriving into Dublin - staff were amazing and sorted our room to be available as soon as possible, allowing us to go out and about and go back and relax before going out again- much appreciated
I wish we could have booked the room u til later in the day of departure beyond 3pm and would have happily paid
