Central location within easy reach of Dublin attractions. Great breakfast with lots of choice- self service. Had meal in restaurant on 2nd night & Colm looked after us very well. Thank you Colm. The food was also tasty & reasonably priced for central Dublin. Checkout @12pm which was lovely. Also I got a requested double room rather than a twin room which was great.
Staff did not offer to take luggage to room although several were standing around on arrival. I didn’t like the tiled floors in corridors or bedrooms it was utilitarian for a 4 star hotel. I think the decor was like a budget hotel it lacked character upstairs although the foyer was plush. Cleaning staff entered room in morning when we were still in room without knocking & we felt we had to leave quickly for housekeeping. This is poor practice for a hotel.

Comfy bed ice machine in landings, no hassel check in, We arrived 4 hrs before our check in but not only did they let us store our luggage they also said they would let's us know as soon as our room was ready which we got in to at 1pm instead of 3, and the hotel itself is beautiful
Only one thing I would have liked as a smoker was a smoking area (they do have a ashtray at entry but didnt feel comfy, this wouldn't stop us returning though

Staff were friendly and attentive, breakfast was good with lots of gluten free options available.
It really needs some sort of health facility, like a sauna or gym.

Breakfast was good, would have liked more fruit at breakfast. The pancakes were a bit dry. It is a bit of a cluster in the morning if you get up late ( at breakfast ). The room was spacious which was nice after being on a plane for 12 hours. Staff was very nice and accommodating. The gym is small, but you can still get a decent workout in.
Breakfast could be slightly more organized. Selection is pretty good, although I think more fruit is always nice.

Breakfast was a very decent hot/cold buffet affair with plenty of variety and quantity. Staff were absolutely fine and for the price paid overall the hotel was superb.
