Fabulous staff. Perfect if u are going to the cathedral for a concert. Great breakfast. Great room service. Will be back for next concert.
The sitting room in the suite could be a little warmer - needs cushions or flowers.

Loved the location and everything about the hotel, staff so friendly and helpful for such a huge group :) lovely food and breakfast and drinks at the bar too! Apparently the tea at the bar is super according to my girls xx
Unfortunately had to down grade a point as the spa wasn’t open which we all wanted to use.

The thermal suite was the best and the comfy beds stayed with a friend after doing the womens mini marathon and highly recommend. Sauna and pool were perfect for the body and then we got room service again perfect. Was great to just chill out and watch movies.

Room on 5 th floor with big terrace outside with outdoor seating etc.
Hotel lobby , bars, restaurant easily accessible, menu to suit all needs.
Superior room was large spacious and well equip with comfy large bed and decent bathroom with effective shower. Lighting was easy to use ( some new hotels have such complicated systems). The free WiFi was effective and didn’t dip or drop out.
Staff were very very good and friendly, I mention just 2 in particular- David the concierge and Christina ( Bar and restaurant supervisor/manager.
Would definitely return if visiting Dublin again . John.

Everything was amazing from start to finish. Smooth check in process with helpful staff, great and clean room with plenty of amenities (the complimentary waters were much appreciated), breakfast was tasty and had several options. The hotel is in the heart of Dublin so you can walk pretty much everywhere. We would love to stay here again.
