The location is excellent for exploring the city. Galleries and museums and shops are within easy walking distance. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide range of delicious options - including vegetarian options. Our room was lovely and quiet. The bed was big and very comfortable. The bathroom had a bath and a shower and was well equipped. Our room was quiet and overlooked a courtyard. Checkout was late - 12 noon - which allows for a morning of activity before having to pack up and leave. The staff were very helpful in every aspect of our trip.
Very little. We couldn't get two small lamps in our room to work. That's about it!

Everything! Fab room, fab service, fab 24/7 gym, fab location!
Noted that it was 30 euros to use the pool which is disappointing when you are paying top dollar for the room!

Fantastic stylish hotel in an unbeatable location. Amazing breakfast, large rooms, very comfortable beds and power showers but undoubtedly it was the staff we met throughout the hotel that made our experience such a memorable one. Special mention for the breakfast staff & concierge David who brought such warmth & personality to our stay. Lovely to meet a true blue Dub when there!
