The property was clean and organized. The room we stayed in was a suite with two rooms. The room itself was very also clean and comfortable.
Once we got to the room we realized some plugs were not working, but since we are not from here we thought it was just the one we were trying to use. When we came back later in the day, the front desk had closed and that’s when we realized all plugs were not working in the whole room. After a few hours we finally realized that the power to the switches had been turned off from the electric panel. It almost caused us to not be able to charge any of our electronics. I think maybe having someone on property after hours? Or maybe I wasn’t sure if that was an option.

Our suite (which was barely a room) was squished old and not very clean. The thermostat for the heat did not work - there was some bizarre portable heater that seemed very unsafe. The power went out when I plugged in my hairdryer and the front desk has us reset the circuit breaker ourselves. Our kids had a huge two room suite that was brand new. We both paid the same rate and booked through booking.com. That does’t seem fair or make any sense at all.

Beds were super comfy! kitchen facilities are great and very amazing location. second stay here and I loved it!
There could be some more general surfaces in the apartments (like a bureau or table for close, toiletries and other things). The only surfaces were the coffee table or kitchen table or desk which have other uses and i'd prefer not to crowd it with things im jus trying to unpack from my bag.

Parking was a little cramped so think about how big a car you bring for car parking but it was a nice indoor carpark.

If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn’t stay here. The hotel’s reception staff is only at the front desk from 10-6 on the weekends. Admittedly, this wouldn’t have initially deterred me from booking this place, but when the heat went out in my room at 6:40, a person who responded to the whatsapp number for after hours issues said nothing could be addressed until the next morning. Even the complimentary coffee machine is not turned on until staff comes in at 10. Don’t get me wrong, the rooms are clean and nice enough, and the staff I dealt with during working hours were helpful. But I just didn’t get a sense the hotel had any real plan in place to address issues that pop up outside of their staff hours, and if something goes wrong you should expect to be on your own.

Great location! Our room was very comfortable. The restaurant HOUSE just a block away was very good for breakfast, gave a fixed rate for guests at staying at the Premier Suites. Front desk people were very helpful.
Perhaps, if they had explained the after hours entry process.
