I've stayed here before and I knew it was everything I wanted after a transatlantic flight: a really quiet hotel and incredibly comfortable bed. This time I upgraded to a studio apartment and it was great to have a small kitchen for meals.
The location is outside of central Dublin, but I actually like the brief DART train journey to get there. Then it's a very short walk to the hotel. I was able to drop off my suitcase early, hop on the train again and spend the day in Dublin, even with jetlag.

There are 2 green lights on the ceiling which don't turn off at night for safety reason in case of fire to show the exit but you have to sleep with green lights on. :(

The location was superb.... Enjoyed the friendly hosts. They were helpful and accommodating. The coffee bar was exceptional. The pillows provided a wonderful night's sleep.
There was a strobing potlight in the living room, which was somewhat annoying. We just kept the light off to avoid the annoyance. We needed more towels, which they were happy to provide an additional set.

The location was perfect, the room was comfortable and clean
I didn’t like the noise of the AC unit especially because I don’t think it worked properly we would wake up very hot in the morning and the noise woke up our baby a few times which wasn’t ideal. Also the receptionists weren’t friendly and only said good morning or hello after we did. We met the hotel manager (blonde woman) she was very friendly and her customer service was great.

This was a very clean and very comfortable place to stay in Dublin. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. It is a bit of a walk to downtown, but plenty of nearby transit options. The neighborhood seemed quiet and safe.

This property suited our family’s needs very well. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and modern. The hotel has easily accessible bus route right into the centre of town. But the main distinguishing feature of this accommodation compared to our other stays throughout our travels were the reception staff. They were all very pleasant, accommodating and helpful.
Some of the fabric items were quite stained but otherwise everything was great.

It was a very nice facility. The gentleman at the front desk for the evening/overnight shift was friendly and very helpful. There is a bus stop right in front of the property when you are returning from the city centre and about a 3 minute walk down the street on the opposite side to catch the bus to go into the city. You can purchase a bus pass down the street at the Spar store, which we did. This made it easy to use public transportion without having to carry around change for the bus.
It was a little far if you plan on walking to get places. If you are taking a day tour or visiting anything past the Temple Bar area, it will be a 50 minute walk from the property. Be sure to plan time accordingly or use the bus.

Staff very helpful, facilities generally very good, and location for us was very good, being close to DART and where we needed to get to.
Could have had better utensils, that matched the facilities and pans, e.g. non-stick frying pan but no not stick spatulas etc
