Exceptional
Friendly staff, excellent location. The hotel is in a perfect, quiet area, within walking distance of downtown. The rooms are renovated with character. Cozy lobby. Complimentary coffee, tea and water along with pastry is a nice bonus.
We booked the smallest room in the hotel, which had limited space. Understandably, there is no space for a nightstand on both sides of the bed. However, a small shelf for glasses and a bottle of water on my side of the bed would be a nice addition.

When checking in, the lovely man at the desk was so busy I felt bad for him, yet he took wonderful care of me and made me a delicious nespresso. Also, I had a super early flight, so they packed me a to-go breakfast!
I had a great stay, no complaints whatsoever.

The location was excellent and we were able to walk to everything within Dublin center that we wanted to see.
There was nothing we did not like.

The staff were well informed about activities and recommendations for food. The Townhome also offered free coffee, tea, and pastries in their lobby.
The wifi could be better.

Hotel great! Staff great! A very enjoyable stay! Great care for pets, highly recommended! Great location, in the heart of Ballsbridge, my favourite district in dublin! Clean and tidy!
If I really have to think about something is the fact of having to ask at the reception to be able to turn on the heater outside of the standard working hours and that the room was a little bit dark, but all requests have been kindly accommodated :)

Aesthetics, building and room temperature, ease of access to rest of city and the location itself seeming safe.
The lift broke so being on the 6th floor was a pain.

The room was small but comfortable. Decor was fun. Location was a bit of a walk from downtown but lots of shops and pubs nearby. Loved the coffee machine!
Staff was not helpful. We checked in then drove around to park in the hotel lot where we waited 10 minutes trying to get them to buzz us in then had to drive back around to ask them to let us in. The bedside lamp was missing a bulb and I asked for it to be replaced but that didn’t happen during a three night stay.

The property was perfect for walkers who want to get out into the city! Of course, you can drive/uber around if you want, but getting the full experience comes with some extra leg-work. The private car park behind the townhouse was so convenient. The room was clean and comfortable and very beautiful. St. Stephen’s Green was just a 15min walk up the road. Definitely coming back!
I will say, WiFi was a bit spotty being up on the 5th floor, but resting in their lobby space for a better connection wasn’t so bad. Lastly, be prepared to get the floor wet with the shower, at least that was the case for our room. Still worth every penny!

Charming and a bit eccentric! When you receive your room key, you’ll understand why? The room was like a serene cocoon, a step back in time but not antiquated.
Breakfast was not the best as compared to other B&Bs we’ve stayed at. Some fresh fruit cup or melon slices and berries would be a welcome e change from green bananas.
