Very Good
Location was relatively quiet and downtown accessible by walking. The included parking and breakfast were deciding factors.
The parking lot view wasn’t very private so had to keep curtains closed. The room was too warm without solution. The open window offered no relief.
The shower and glass were awkward to operate. And water leaks over tub.
Expensive but at par for the region. All good.

Poor
Good location
No air or hot water. Like a tenement house

Exceptional
The room was comfortable with a nice sized bathroom that was well equipped with everything you needed. Small and simple but nicely decorated, and the staff were always very lovely. Free coffee and tea was offered downstairs along with pastries, which was very helpful when you wanted something quick.
The water in our shower was extremely hot. There was no cold option no matter which way you turned the dial. If you barely turned the water pressure on, it would be cool enough to shower, but it was extremely hot.

Very Good
Good location, polite and helpful staff, excellent decor/design
Both nights we were there the hot water wasn’t working. I know it’s a common issue with older buildings, but with the cold it would’ve been nice to take a hot shower.

We loved the location, the breakfast was amazing, the staff was great,
We did not like the upstairs couch and blanket. It could have been more updated.

Wonderful
This is a lovely property close to a city bus line.
It was a little bit of a hike from the bus stop that brought us from the airport.

I thought the lighting was too minimal after dark. Better options for charging electronics needed. Full length mirror is always helpful.

Wonderful
Wonderful stay with our dog Pebbles. Loved the hotel / staff but dog charge at 40 euro was too high as no facilities offered. Sub 20 euro would be better value for money.

Poor
Quaint old building.
The plumbing was sketchy, we didn’t always know if the WC was going down or up. All of the drains were super slow. The mattress was thin and old.

The staff at Pembroke Townhouse are truly excellent. They are really friendly and helpful. We had a super room (two levels) and the bed was perfect. There is great coffee and tea available in the sitting room downstairs and often there are croissants etc available too. The breakfast was so good and the service comes with a smile. We had lovely chats about lively dogs and walking them and tips on where to go in Dublin. Such a friendly place to stay we had to extend for an extra night!
All was perfect

I was pleased by the friendliness of the staff. The atmosphere in the lobby area is cozy and luxurious. Breakfast was good, and the gated private parking is a great addition. Overall, a very positive experience at Pembroke Townhouse.

This is the second time in 2 years I’ve stayed here. Location was key along with the parking.
The facilities are the true bonus. Quirky and elegant. Rooms are amazing and beds are wonderful. Love the few amenities of coffee/ tea and croissants.
Love this place.

Wonderful
We enjoyed our stay, place was a little small but had everything we needed. Fridge as well which was nice. Parking is behind the building, difficult to find but I ended up finding out of you Google Pembroke Townhouse Car Park it'll take you right there then you press the call button and head on in the back door. We had free breakfast included. Four choices and everything we had was good. Location is far from tourist attractions however right on the bus line. 2 bus stop less then a 5 minute walk from the front door. Bed was comfy.
Room was small.
