I was pleased by the friendliness of the staff. The atmosphere in the lobby area is cozy and luxurious. Breakfast was good, and the gated private parking is a great addition. Overall, a very positive experience at Pembroke Townhouse.

This is the second time in 2 years I’ve stayed here. Location was key along with the parking.
The facilities are the true bonus. Quirky and elegant. Rooms are amazing and beds are wonderful. Love the few amenities of coffee/ tea and croissants.

We enjoyed our stay, place was a little small but had everything we needed. Fridge as well which was nice. Parking is behind the building, difficult to find but I ended up finding out of you Google Pembroke Townhouse Car Park it'll take you right there then you press the call button and head on in the back door. We had free breakfast included. Four choices and everything we had was good. Location is far from tourist attractions however right on the bus line. 2 bus stop less then a 5 minute walk from the front door. Bed was comfy.

The Clawfoot bath tub! Overall very swanky feel without spending a lot.
Coffee machine 24/7! Our second favorite thing about the property. And finally location was phenomenal: close to TFI (bus routes), the aircoach lines as well as somewhat of a walking distance from Trinity if you’re willing to walk.
Breakfast was made to order so if you’re in a rush it may not be possible to quickly eat and dash. But you can just grab the premade parfait and bread/jams and coffee machine.

Friendly staff, excellent location. The hotel is in a perfect, quiet area, within walking distance of downtown. The rooms are renovated with character. Cozy lobby. Complimentary coffee, tea and water along with pastry is a nice bonus.
We booked the smallest room in the hotel, which had limited space. Understandably, there is no space for a nightstand on both sides of the bed. However, a small shelf for glasses and a bottle of water on my side of the bed would be a nice addition.

When checking in, the lovely man at the desk was so busy I felt bad for him, yet he took wonderful care of me and made me a delicious nespresso.
Also, I had a super early flight, so they packed me a to-go breakfast!
I had a great stay, no complaints whatsoever.

The staff were well informed about activities and recommendations for food. The Townhome also offered free coffee, tea, and pastries in their lobby.

Hotel great! Staff great! A very enjoyable stay! Great care for pets, highly recommended! Great location, in the heart of Ballsbridge, my favourite district in dublin! Clean and tidy!
If I really have to think about something is the fact of having to ask at the reception to be able to turn on the heater outside of the standard working hours and that the room was a little bit dark, but all requests have been kindly accommodated :)
