I absolutely loved this stay! The staff were super kind and I’ve already recommenced it to friends for their trips to Dublin.
A bit of a walk to the main attractions, but nothing more than 30 minutes, which I actually enjoyed. Also, there were several restaurants and stores in the area, the area has beautiful architecture, and it’s much quieter than the center, so I think this is mainly a preference thing.

Comfortable, clean room with a good number of restaurants nearby.
Street parking was available free overnight, but be aware that you need to start “feeding the meter” at 7:00 AM.

Perfect location and exceptionally clean. Loved all the amenities - drinks fridge, coffee maker etc. Had everything you could need. Check in was very easy. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again.

Superb location with stylish furniture
The payment situation could be improved.
Check-in automatic and zero staff there, but that also means that unless you pre-pay on Booking BEFORE, they'll call you to collect the money over the phone (which sounds sketchy but it's not, I just don't feel very safe doing that).
At that point they charge you through Booking, and I got double charged (probably going to be refunded soon, but still).
Also, before check-in they send you a link in order to.. secure your payment? (I did not do it).
Nothing too crazy eh, but just improve it :)

Absolutely Beautiful …Rooms super quiet, private bathrooms, and just perfectly quaint, clean and amazing. Zero complaints. Owner and managers as charming and accommodating as could be! Hillary and staff… unreal!

Room space was more than adequate. Amenities such as expresso machine and teapot with complementary biscuits was a nice touch. Room included a mini fridge.
Bathroom was a little small and water temp in shower got warm but never full on hot. Not really a complaint, though.

Very little. The room was quiet.
Cheap, threadbare furniture. Broken electrical outlets and plumbing. Not clean. Adding insult to injury, seriously overpriced.
