When we first arrived at this hotel Michael checked us in and explained everything . Our room was lovely and roomy . We were given bottled water and bis every day . Location was good even though we walked everywhere. The breakfast was amazing . The selection of food was great . We were greeted every morning with a friendly smile . Luis made my coffee to perfection each morning . All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, with all the questions we asked , they answered them . Ally , Eric and Laura were so lovely and helpful. The hotel decor is beautiful. The guest bathroom is absolutely stunning. I loved the way the corridors lit up . We loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel . Thankyou so much

Everything down to the Welcome from the staff the morning breakfast staff nothing to much trouble.
Made you feel welcome rather than feeling like your a pain.
Being in hospitality ourselves is a welcoming treat.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were comfortable for relaxing in the evening. The breakfasts offered a wide selection of hot and cold options. The shower was fantastic!
Parking was a block away and despite the hotel discount was still pricey (31 Euro per day).

Very clean and hotel was upscale and beautiful. Location was great right next to St Stephen’s Green. The staff was awesome especially Liam the manager who helped us get into the hotel quickly and make sure we were comfortable. He and staff gave food recommendations and arranged transportation to the airport. I would definitely stay here again. Rooms were awesome.

I liked the situation of the property and the decor. Staff were always polite and helpful. The hotel acknowledged my partner’s birthday with a lovely petit four plate and an upgrade to a beautiful room. Very kind of them.

Great location for walking to Trinity College, shops & restaurants, public transport. Great spacious king room with excellent bathroom. Lovely breakfast.
Lack of towel rails in bathroom. Would like to be ‘green’ & reuse towels but hard to do when no towel rails in bathroom!
