Location, breakfast and room were all great.
Staff very friendly and responsive.
Bed very comfy.
Nice and quiet despite being city center.
Residents bar should not close so early.
Shower looks fancy but isn't great. Lots of water and no power .. and prone to wetting the bathroom floor as the shower door doesn't cover the shower fully.
Pricey for a Sunday night in March.

It was even better than I expected! The location was perfect and all the staff were amazing! I hope I have the opportunity to come back.

We arrived too early for check in and were greeted by the warm and friendly Laura. Not only was our room ready but we were gifted a complimentary upgrade to a suite. Check in was fast and we were thrilled with our room. It was spotlessly clean thanks to Veronica and we enjoyed the little treats she had left for us. The bed was super comfortable and despite being in the city centre we had a wonderful sleep. Breakfast was delicious, fresh and plentyful and all the breakfast staff were friendly and attentive. We were checked out by Ally, who despite being under pressure took a few moments to make conversation with us. All the staff here go a little further to be welcoming and kind. Thanks to everyone for a great stay, we'll be back!

Everything! The best hotel we’ve stayed at in Dublin and we’ve done a few. The staff were wonderful—particular shout out to Luis who looked after us so well! Thank you, sir.

Perfect location for a city stay! Staff were so helpful and attentive. Breakfast was perfect. Rooms were very comfortable. I arrived a few hours before check-in, after a 3 hour drive and room was ready.
