Our room was beautiful, the shower was great and the bed was soo comfortable. Breakfast was beautiful, fresh scones and fresh fruit and the cooked food was great! Great location also, definitely a lovely hotel to stay in.
Our room took a long time to heat up, it was quite on the cold side and when we did ask reception to adjust our thermostat they advised us that the system resets every 4 hours as a "green" eco hotel. The room and facilities were amazing though!
The only other fault I would have is one of the waitresses in the hotel bar wasn't very friendly or welcoming and basically told us we couldn't sit at a table together as a family as we hadn't reserved a seat even though the table wasn't reserved for anyone else.

Location was perfect for a trip to Dublin, quiet even though on a busy road but away from the main shopping street. Bang opposite the park, and two minutes from the hustle and bustle. Hotel 2as outstanding. Gorgeous room, great bed, big cups and biscuits. Small touches that make a big impact on your stay.
Staff were really lovely and helpful. Will be staying again and looking forward to it.

Clean room, centrally located.most of the staff helpful and friendly.cocktails were amazing!
Front of house staff forgot requests for coffee and pillows, tv channels didn't all work, thermostat seemed to turn itself off so got cold during the night.

The location is simply unmatched. Moments from the south side of town, and if you are going to a party along Harcourt street, it's moments from there too. Lovely sense of style about the place. I didn't us it but I could tell the dining facilities were excellent.
Apparently the heating systems throughout all the rooms have a single point of failure. It had a problem the day of my trip and whilst that's OK, life happens, apparently they didn't have a means to fix it 24/7. My room was large and comfortable, but there is not much chance to enjoy it when you're hiding from the cold, under the covers!

Centrally located, close to many attractions. A short walk to Grafton Steeet shopping precinct. Rooms beautifully appointed. Close to Tara and Pearse stations. For Dublin Express airport bus, hotel is close to Harcourt Luas stop. Would highly recommend especially for first time visitors to Dublin.
Very little not to like. If am nitpicking, shower water pressure could be stronger.

Excellent central location. Good sized room with comfy beds. Excellent breakfast.
Checked in fine at circa 12 noon but room not ready so left my bag and went to Central Hall for a wedding. Returning at 3 there was a queue at reception and the receptionist was clearly stressed. The communication between reception and “ accommodation” had broken so reception couldn’t tell if rooms were ready. A staff member seemed to have to go and check rooms were ready. We were on a tight schedule to get to Bewkeys for the wedding reception and it must have taken 30 minutes to be given our room. The couple behind me in the queue were also on a tight schedule and suggested to the receptionist she call for assistance. This she eventually did and another member of staff came to help. The receptionist shouldn’t have had to struggle and should have called for support straightaway.
