The staff were kind and professional, especially Michael at the front desk, who was exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and thoughtful. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable night's sleep. The location was excellent and felt safe, too, even as walking back from Temple Bar at night.
The parking was a headache, as my husband had trouble finding it and one wrong turn meant another 20 minutes in traffic to enter the parking garage. After parking, he met another guest from the hotel in the elevator, and they both had a challenging time exiting the mall with limited and confusing signage. More detailed instructions would be helpful for out-of-towners like us.

The location was great. Comfortable walking distance to shopping & restaurants. We had the junior suite. It was comfortable and clean. Nice to have a place to relax at the end of the day without having to sit on the bed. Breakfast was outstanding. They even made a lunch for us to take with us on our 13 day tour. All the staff were very helpful & friendly.Highly recommend.

Room size was good and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good (the croissants were the best we've had anywhere--sorry Italy!).
Also enjoyed the extra perk of the executive lounge that offered us some snacks and drinks.

We had a problem with the taxi driver making a circuitous route and overcharging us. We got in after midnight and the night manager, Michael was wonderful to us! He got us sandwiches and drinks. He was very helpful!
