The staff (front desk, restaurant, housekeeping) was excellent. Everyone was extremely professional, helpful and considerate. The room was very clean and there was plenty of space for our luggage, etc. The bed was really comfortable and the view was great.

Breakfast was very nice. There were plenty of choices and everything was fresh and the correct temperature. Y try he room was super comfortable and spacious. Lots of little inclusions…..coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cookies, a mini fridge etc.

The property as well maintained. The gym is Phenomenal, the best I’ve ever seen in a hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The room size was good. The bathrooms were not your typical European tiny ones. Neville worked at the front desk while I stayed there. He was very helpful in giving directions and suggesting wonderful restaurants. They even had American electrical outlets.
It would have been nice to have more of a selection of movie channels because let’s face it, you can’t be on a tour or in a pub all day and night!

THe front desk staff was great. Very helpful. The room was well appointed. It was quiet at night which was good. Location was excellent.
The flight of stairs to get into the hotel. My suitcase was heavy and dragging it up the flight of stairs was not easy. The front desk person carried it out for me. The cleaning crew threw away some things I had left out. Nothing of great value but of some inconvenience.

The location was perfect for walking to popular areas. The staff was very accommodating, even granting a slightly later check out.
The bathroom was small and no vent to decrease humidity from the shower, however, this seems to be the case in European countries and was not a huge issue.

Breakfast was a little pricy but good. Staff was exceptional. They were always looking to enhance your experience. Rooms were standard and clean.
I wish check in was a little earlier. I was able to drop my luggage so it worked out in the end.

The staff were very nice and helpful. They even offered us a free early check-in when we arrived tired on the first day, which we really appreciated. The hotel was clean and modern, the bed was comfortable. The location was very good, within walking distance to all major attractions, yet in a quiet, safe, and pleasant neighborhood away from noisy or unsafe areas.

The Mont was a very upscale contemporary hotel that is centrally located. It was easily walkable to major tourist attractions. The staff could not have been more gracious.
The rooms were a little smaller than what we are used to.
