Check in I would pre pay room as they block full charge then charge you on check out full cost then your frozen money is not released for days so pre pay room

Everything pretty much, great location, warm welcome, helpful staff and very comfortable rooms.
Would have been nice if the bar stayed open after 11pm on a weekend.

Service is wonderful. Location could not be better to explore the city. Comfortable beds and large, comfortable rooms. I am not a fan of carpets, due to cleanliness. Would be 10/10 if the rooms had hardwood instead of carpets.
The gym is across the street at a sister hotel. It is a fully equipped gym with everything you can possibly need, regardless if you powerlift or do crossfit.
The spa was closed during our stay. With no prior notice (before arriving). Was one of the reasons we booked here.

The staff were great. The location was amazing for the Dublin Marathon, right next to start/finish.
It doesn't have a full restaurant, but you are close to lots of choice.
