Location. Nice rooms. Comfy beds.
Dreadfully inefficient checkin which took 45 minutes and still caused issues with breakfast charges and all rooms keys cancelling on day 2. Room not serviced on first day until 4.20 pm by which time I had to work so no service at all. Breakfast room service poor to non existent even though coffee/tea/toast has to be ordered. A real management review in all departments required.

There are two staff at this hotel who are incredibly friendly and approachable. Damla and Yiit are excellent, they take care of each guest very helpfully and professionally. The hotel staff are very nice and the beds are very comfortable. The location is very close to the center.

The hotel is located near the train and other sites including restaurants and bars. Staff was helpful, the room spacious and well-appointed.
The restaurant is overpriced for breakfast. Non-feather pillows and bedding were not provided.

location was pretty good .
lacked ambiance. felt staff were going through the motions. Had e mailed about preference for a bath rather than just shower . Reply e mail neglected to say that none of the rooms have a bath ! it was a special weekend as husbands 70 th birthday on the second night. Hotel were fully aware of this, but nothing done as a gesture . We stayed 4 nights which I know is longer than most guests . Not even a birthday drink in the bar. we have stayed in many wonderful hotels and it is those little touches that set a hotel apart from the ordinary .
Small gestures( which cost the hotel very little) can make a world of difference in Turin g a celebratory weekend into something extra special.
