The little things. Sweets in the lobby, snacks in the room, friendly staff, water available, chocolates in the room.
I wish there was laundry in the building. If there had been, I would have been more likely to use the gym there.

Staff are excellent here, honestly couldn't have been better.
My room was a little on the small side - but I could see I had been allocated one of the smaller rooms. The only real negative was it was not possible to view the TV as the wifi strength was not powerful enough and the TV was constantly pixelating - this also an issue for other guests I compared notes with.
