There room was lovely; the bed incredibly comfortable. There was a wonderful coffee/tea/snack set up in the room. The staff was warm and welcoming and checked on us once we had checked in. The location is perfect - so close to all the sites and a lovely neighborhood. We were celebrating the last night of our vacation and our wedding anniversary. I alerted them when I booked and we had a lovely treat in our room with a sweet note.

The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good.
The welcome. Booked in late at night but the bar closed at 11pm in a prestigious hotel in Dublin.
The affiliated bar across the road wouldn't serve us and the barman was shouting at the gentleman who let us in. No manager in at any point of our stay.

Very nice comfortable hotel; well located for the town (shortish walk). Old classy place but nicely and sensitively modernised.
Staff were very helpful and professional. Very personable
Food was good, both breakfast and dinner.

Upgraded to junior suite, however it didn't have a bath (although shower was excellent). Great size and really quiet at night. Reception staff were fab.
A bath would've made it perfect.
