We had such a wonderful experience staying at The Alex Dublin. The staff was beyond helpful and friendly, and our room was spacious and very very comfortable. The bed and bedding were luxurious and really helped us acclimate. The whole space was very well maintained, and the amenities were perfect.We will absolutely be returning. We would Highly Recommend.

The staff was amazing and the hotel was very nice and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the food served was very good. Simon of the front desk was very helpful.
The elevator was a bit tricky to get used to because you had to use your room key. It was a good safety control .

The room was spacious, with a king bed and room for suitcases. The breakfast was typical and compared well to the other hotels we stayed at during our trip. It included standard continental breakfast, bread, cereal, meats, cheese, and warm dishes (eggs, sausage, potatoes).

The staff was excellent. Simon was extremely helpful and catered to all our needs.
Possibly change the hours to the Executive Lounge... open at 7 or 8 a.m. possibly for those of us jet lagged guests.

The staff is outstanding, particularly Simon at reception who was immensely helpful. The hotel is centrally located which made it easy to walk to almost every activity we had scheduled. The rooms are clean and modern.
The entry hallway and bath could be better lit.
