The staff was excellent. Simon was extremely helpful and catered to all our needs.
Possibly change the hours to the Executive Lounge... open at 7 or 8 a.m. possibly for those of us jet lagged guests.

The staff is outstanding, particularly Simon at reception who was immensely helpful. The hotel is centrally located which made it easy to walk to almost every activity we had scheduled. The rooms are clean and modern.
The entry hallway and bath could be better lit.

Location is great and staff is very friendly.
Bed was too hard. Our room was on the back side of the hotel with windows from an office building peering right into our room. No sheer draperies to block them, only black out draperies which made the room too dark.

The hotel is conveniently located. Easy to walk everywhere and the Pearse Train Station is only about a block and a half away. While you’re close to all the Dublin action the hotel is in a quiet neighborhood. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are nicely appointed and comfortable.
I wish their Steam Coffee shop was open on the weekends.
