Good
Good location, very friendly, helpful staff upon check-in, quiet, despite being in a busy part of town.
No hot water for shower, sink did not drain properly, shower did not drain properly and no flexibility to control the climate in the room. Room temp was stuffy for sleeping and could not lower temperature - an attempt to get fresh air/cool the room down by opening the window resulted in A/C being shut off automatically.

Good
The location was very good!
One morning we didn’t have any hot water and they never replaced the coffee pods or shortbread we ate.

The staff at reception was very friendly and helpful.
I expected our room to be cleaned better when we requested it. The carpeting in our room was not vacuumed the entire time we were there. The drain in our shower was very slow which meant water was running on to the floor getting everything wet. The lack of hooks in the bathroom was a problem - where are you supposed to hang wet towels? I have stayed at less expensive hotels that offered better housekeeping.

Exceptional
The hotel's location is great, a short walk to Grafton street and around the corner from the train station.
The hotel is very quiet, I couldn't hear any traffic even though the hotel is close to quite a busy street.
The staff are very friendly and helpful
Would gladly stay here again

The hotel has a great location in Dublin near Trinity College. Very clean and modern. The staff was very helpful with any questions we had.

Pleasant
Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom.
Staff were too important to be helpful. A promise to text when our room was available did not happen. At the 4pm checkin time we finally had to demand a room be made available. Generally the hotel was the most disappointing we have stayed in for while. Book breakfast the day before or you pay 25% extra, even if staying in the hotel. Definitely did not feel welcome although the room itself was beautifully prepared.

Wonderful
Front Desk staff was amazing and very helpful (Simon, Samary, etc.), Loved the design of the Executive room # 520 on the 5th floor, the modern furniture, lighting controls, the wood and marble accents, super comfortable King size bed similar to USA size (unlike many that are actually Queen sized by USA standards), Dyson hair dryer (WOW!!), Commercial Nespresso Coffee Machine in the room with regular and decaf pods (creamer packs in mini-fridge), Electric tea Kettle, plus an assortment of cocoa, instant coffee, tea, and and Irish shortbread cookies. Walking distance to Trinity College and the National Library of Ireland and many cafes/pubs.
Had a minor hiccup trying to get dinner at the onsite Carriage restaurant and had to eat elsewhere but it wouldn't keep us from staying there again.
