Simon was excellent and really helpful. We arrived early and he helped us check in our bags and also helped us book different things to do for the day so we had a great experience. Our rooms were ready when we got back

The location was a short walk in to the main area but far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle. The service from the front desk was great especially from Simon who went out of the way to help us (especially when I luggage hadn't arrived till the following night).

Location was good. Breakfast was excellent
Arrived at the hotel to check in Said I would pay cash to be told they did not accept cash. Took out my phone to pay with that to be told I needed a physical card. Luckily my wife had a cord otherwise I was snookered The no cash policy was never communicated to us either by email or on booking.com website.

Centrally located and very very clean. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful.
As with most of Ireland and I assume Europe, no one brews regular coffee. They make it from an individual service machine, so it was challenging to get fresh brewed coffee anywhere in Ireland. I had to run out to a cafe, or drink cappuccino which was ok/

Location is great. We stayed there just for 1 night. SIMON at the checkin in desk is an absolute star. Made us feel very comfortable and went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast options are limited, but what's available is very good.

Modern hotel with a cool design. The staff were exceptional, especially Simon and Zaida, but everyone was really nice and helpful. Very good breakfast and nice location. Good bar and restaurant. Super comfortable beds and nice rooms.

Very close to the city center but really quiet. Nice breakfast. Really comfortable bed.
There is no way to set A/C to over 20 degrees - so it's either too cold or too hot in the room. No spots to hang towels/clothes outside of the bathroom so nothing dries up with the Irish weather. One of the fuses in the fuse box was falling almost every time when turning on power in the room and the staff advised us to just turn it on every time.

The property is gorgeous! Very modern , very clean and very comfortable! The staff were so helpful answering all my questions about how to catch a bus I would definitely stay here again!
