As we were going to a Rugby match in the Aviva stadium the location was great, a straight short walk there.
Good and frequent bus service to city centre across the road also.

Stayed here several times, and always enjoyed these times. Staff are cheerful, polite and very helpful. Rooms are comfortable, breakfasts are very good. I feel for Dublin it provides good value for money.
Nothing really. If you have mobility issues you should note there is no lift and lots of stairs. Fine for me, but perhaps not for everyone.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable and definitely warm enough. No complaints regarding the bathroom: clean, a spacious shower, and all the essentials present. The staff were very understanding and helpful. I would definitely book here again.

They accommodated my travel companions disability and kept us on the ground floor. It was much appreciated. They wouldn’t have been able to climb the stairs.
The bus was right in front and there are plenty of shops and restaurants right around the corner.

The staff went above and beyond for us . Excellent in every way. Great room, lovely breakfast, very nice location in suburb of the city with easy access by bus or uber. Cafes bars and supermarket very close by. Great stay.

The beds were great - the feather and down quilt was an unexpected delight - so cosy and warm. Breakfast was exaclty as requested each morning and all the staff were both friendly and professional. Car parking was an added bonus

Staff was good. Did not have bag breakfast for me for my early departure, but put one together for me quickly and it was good.
Price. I did not take my paperwork with me and it cost more than I anticipated. Forgot to do it in Euros and it made charge higher. Staff was helpful otherwise.
