It was 15 min walk from RDS where we were attending an event. There was coffee and tea in the room. From 07:30, the room is filled with a smell of cooked breakfast that is quite unpleasant.
The individual room was so small, perhaps not more than 4 square meters. It is so shocking to pay so much for such a small space. There wasn't a way of controlling the heating and being such a small room, it was quite difficult to sleep with the heat. I wish I had stayed a bit further away from the event venue and traveled by uber every morning. The continental breakfast was very minimal, just basic coffee and cereals. No pastries. The only good aspect of breakfast is having porridge available and cooked to order.

Great location for a work event in the RDS. Got an upgrade to a bigger room on check-in, which was great. Free parking. Staff really friendly and helpful. Very nice continental breakfast included. Room was lovely and warm. Great value for money.
Nothing, I would highly recommend. Great value for money. Would stay there again if I had an event on that side of Dublin.

As we were going to a Rugby match in the Aviva stadium the location was great, a straight short walk there.
Good and frequent bus service to city centre across the road also.

Great stay. The breakfast was very good, the staff were extremely helpful (they even lent us a plug adapter and an umbrella), and the place was very clean. The location is good in a lovely neighborhood where you feel like a local, and the heating worked perfectly.
The first room had a very uncomfortable bed — the mattress was quite stiff and had a noticeable dip, which made sleeping difficult. However, after we mentioned it, the staff apologized and quickly changed our room and said they would fix the issue. Everything was good after that. In general, Dublin is quite expensive, so the price–quality ratio is not the best, but this seems common in the city.

Great location, small but cosy single room, and a comfortable bed and a good shower. I was afraid it would be cold, but the room had the heating on when I arrived. I didn't have breakfast, but it's available for guests.

The staff were incredibly helpful and very friendly. The room was lovely and clean. The stores on the far side of the street were very helpful.
I got a top room floor and had to manage my toddler and her stroller, which wasn’t fun- until the staff let me put the stroller in the storage. The shower was cramped.
