price, location, accommodation, breakfast, reception staff. I liked that frequent buses to and from downtown left from the corner, as well as the Air Express. It was very quiet.
The room was very small, but I didn't need much space as I was on my own.

The room was quiet, proximity to Tesco Express, parking.
The room was quite small and very hot so I had to get the fan on but there are no viable surfaces where it could stand as the bedside lockers are tiny and there are lamps on them. The desk is also full of stuff. The walk in shower looks nice but it is impractical as the water goes every where Also, having to do stairs was unpleasant due to my mobility issues.

I don’t remember requesting a quiet room, most of them here would be I’m sure Good breakfast well presented Small but comfortable room , staff very pleasant and helpful. Brilliant parking available , off street , this was one of my requested when searching for booking, as I already cancelled another hotel when I found out it wasnt ‘on-site’ parking and additional monies
Maybe if I’d turned up in the heatwave the room may have been warmer than what was comfortable. Slept with window open hence I’d say most rooms were ‘quiet’ slightly further out from city center into more residential areas

Staff very friendly, great parking and very accommodating. Perfect location close to public transport . Black out curtains, older building but I didn’t hear any noise from other rooms. Fab in the bedroom which was fantastic for the warm weather .
Only thing missing was water in the bedroom but apart from that everything was there.

We had a very pleasant stay at Morehampton Townhouse. After letting the property know in advance, getting a parking space on site was very easy, and parking was free of charge. We received a very friendly welcome from the staff, who explained everything we needed to know. The townhouse itself is beautiful, with high ceilings, old windows and lots of historic character. The building is protected and has an interesting history, which you can read about in the guest information provided. Our room was a good size, as was the bathroom, and everything was very clean. We also didn't hear any other guests inside the building, so it was very quiet in that respect. The location worked very well for visiting Dublin. Several bus connections make it quick and easy to get into the city centre, so there was no need to use the car. Overall, a beautiful and characterful place to stay with friendly staff, convenient free parking and good connections to central Dublin. We would definitely recommend it.
The only minor downside is that some traffic noise from outside can be heard quite clearly. Given the age and protected status of the building and its original windows, this is understandable, but light sleepers may want to keep it in mind.and bring some oropax
