Location, value, clean, nicely maintained, fairly new overall very positive.
It’s a bed and breakfast and the marketing indicates good breakfast but it was not apparent the breakfast was an extra charge. Still a good deal and worth the cost however, I had no idea there was an extra charge and I almost walked out without paying for the meal.

Location was great for early morning flight and having complementary airport services every half hour. Plus, Transit was just out the front door, so within a few minutes you'd be in the city centre. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The bath was wonderful and bathroom fixtures up-to-date. Bonus was having our own little kitchen. The staff were so polite and accommodating and We really appreciated their helpfulness.
The kitchen was equipped with 2 spoons, 2 forks, 2 knives 2 plates 2 cups etc., so if you prepared a meal plan on washing up before you serve
