Disappointing
Close the airport and the event we were attending. Bed was comfortable. Room was stylish enough - aside from the carpet. Good to have a kettle and some tea and coffee. Good to have the free shuttle too and from the airport. Didn't try the bar/restaurant so can't comment on this. Staff were friendly.
Carpets were very, very unclean - stains everywhere - in the room and hallway area. The hallways were littered with cleaning bags, even late into the evening (not good - this should be cleared earlier in the day and not left lying around - unsanitary). The decor in the hallways was very much in need of refurbishment - paint work scuffed and a dark grey colour. Awful.

The rooms were lovely, decor although the one we stayed in first had a very strong smell of smoke. When moved it was fine.
The windows let in so much noise that we thought the windows were opened. Didn't sleep a wink. Kids had a cross-country race all ireland event, and we were like zombies. Very disappointing.

The staff and the food were excellent , helpful in every way !!!
The room was right at the edge of the corner. We didn’t feel very comfortable with it and the room itself was freezing even though we got the heating sorted from the front desk but it didn’t make our stay very comfortable as we felt cold throughout the night . The room was very noisy from the traffic outside also !

Lack of signs directing guests back to the hotel once we had parked in the hotel’s car park. It was a challenge to find our way in the dark. (We were given a map when checking in, but signs would have been very helpful).
The shuttle bus wasn’t as regular as I had been led to believe (8.30am and 9.30am).

Fabulous hotel. Convenient to city centre and with good airport shuttle transport. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Food in the dining room/bar was excellent.
