Good location, nice room
An unusual issue for ireland but it was really warm when I stayed there, and although had air-conditioning it was set to 19 degrees, at the lowest power fan, so the room was still way too hot, even being able to increase the fan strength for a limited time would be nice. Also shower temperature is limited to a small change in temperature, normally would not be an issue, but couldn't increase the cold enough to have lukewarm shower, only hot shower.

Beautiful room, wonderful staff. I felt at home immediately. I forgot to bring a converter for my electronics and the staff helped me find one! I loved having a place to refill my water bottle (it’s the little things). I love the quiet location. The gym was great - a bit difficult to find and use, but great. I would absolutely stay again.
It was a bit pricey, but Dublin is expensive generally. Also, I wish the gym had the high quality and attention to detail feel that the rest of the hotel had

Reception staff very good and professional. Room lovely and spacious and spotless clean. Bed very comfortable. Bar staff and manager were very accommodating when we wanted late night snack to finish off our night out. Staff overall were excellent! Would highly recommend staying at The Mespil !

We stayed in room 460 and the mattress on the side nearest the door had a dip in it which made it quite uncomfortable. As I was staying for only 1 night, this proved a major disappointment
