Wonderful
From Check in we were a little early but reception staff were very facilitating and managed to get us a room and check in immediately, was not expected, but delighted to get. Its proximity to Stephens Green and town centre, free on site secure parking also a bonus. Very safe location.

Really modern hotel in good location for the city attractions. Rooms were clean, bed was really comfortable. It was so hot when we arrived thank goddess the hotel has air con in the rooms !
The configuration of the rooms had the TV’s facing single bed rather than the double (we are a couple travelling) which was really odd - other than that nothing

I was very happy with my stay. The staff were very welcoming and even asked if I needed help with my luggage. The room was lovely and spacious with excellent facilities and very peaceful. It was very clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable. It was a lovely and stylish bathroom. It was good to have a coffee machine and some sweet treats daily. It is an excellent and central location and it was very handy to be so near shops cafes and restaurants and on a great transport route. I have stayed here a number of times and it is always my first choice for hotels in the area.
There really was nothing I disliked.

Room was excellent, comfortable and cool once the AC was regulated by Reception.
Location excellent for us to go into town to shop and attend concert in Three Arena
We did not pay for breakfast so therefore are unable to comment, however, as my husband is a Coeliac it can be difficult for him to get something to eat when staying in hotels. We did notice that there appeared to be a portion of the menu which was suitable for Coeliacs and hope to try it out the next time.
In the summer perhaps a choice of lighter douvet or a light blanket would be great there was none in our room.
Shower power was not great although we appreciate you are being environmentally friendly.

We did enjoy the location of this hotel, it was in walkable reach of the city but away from the lively areas in Dublin’s City. Great restaurants and Canal walk just outside the door. We would recommend this hotel to others
