Reception staff were very helpful on check in and out and booking taxis. Room was very Comfortable and Spacious. Staff in Restaurant were very helpful and food was delicious .

The room was very spacious, and the decor was nice. Our favorite part was the bed; it was so comfortable. The breakfast was very good, with a vast and varied selection. The hotel staff were super nice and did everything to give us the best hotel experience and service.

such a wel run hotel with wonderful staff everywhere. Super comfortable room.
the buffet breakfast was a little disappointing. Compared to my visit in November when the hot. breakfast was cooked to order - completely different quality level. But I guess this is due to season and how busy you get? coffee machine did not work in room - not a big deal.

The Hotel was great, the room was lovely 266 but the TV was not working properly which was a little annoying. We did not eat at the hotel as breakfast was cheaper at alternative venues. I would definitely return, great location and luxury

Breakfast was great. The salad with dried tomato and smoked salmon, specially. The bathroom was spacious and very well designed. The location was perfect. 15 minutes walk to Grafton st and Trinity University. Loved the Hotel.

Spacious comfortable room. Large comfortable bed with ample pillows. Small bathroom but plenty of good space for toiletry bags. Very nice shampoo, hand soap, shower gel, and body lotion provided. Breakfast was delicious with many choices on the buffets and made to order items.
Need a hook near the sink to hang a hand towel.

Excellent staff and very nice room.
I had a corner room and the curtains didn't fully cover the windows so I was awakened around 5 am by the sunlight. Lack of a good night's sleep reduces the good hotel's score. This wouldn't be evident to staff but I can't be the first guest to mention it.
