Beautiful hotel. Newly renovated? Immaculate rooms and hotel. Great shower. Very friendly staff. Perfect location. I will definitely stay there next time I come.
It’s true, it would have been hard for 2 people with luggage to stay in my room. I was traveling solo, so it was perfect.

Lovely room, nice and quiet even for middle of the city
The room had no air. Located in the middle of the hotel our window only opened to the rest of the hotel so was very stuff. Air conditioner faced right down on the bed which didn't really help

This hotel was excellent. The old world feel of the hotel, the room, and the service was so lovely. It was extremely clean and well maintained, and was centrally located to everything. I also felt very safe even though the hotel was so close to the Temple bar area. I would highly recommend it!
I liked everything. There is nothing I would change. My experience was excellent.

Fun designed rooms, very pleasant and helpful staff who are good fun. Staff accommodated our 2 requests, really appreciate that. Comfortable bed. Great city centre location without being too noisy. Discounted parking nearby.

Location was ideal! You can walk to all major attractions and pubs! The staff was absolutely top notch and were so helpful. The attached bar and restaurant served excellent food and a great pint of Guinness (seriously it stood out!). 100% recommend this place if you are visiting Dublin.

The Mercantile Hotel in Dame st, Dublin was excellent. Very friendly & helpful staff throughout the hotel. The room itself was great. Lovely room. Facilities were excellent

Location is perfect very central. Staff were very friendly. The Consierge at the front door never looked to happy, but the ladies at the reception were very nice and helpful.

Perfect location to walk to everything!
Pricey, but honestly it was the weekend that we were there. Rooms are really tight, no room to move around but you cannot beat the location.
