Very tidy and well presented and kept clean. Appreciate the attention to detail. Food was brilliant with very fast service and presentation. Plenty on offer and amazing hot breakfast & continental breakfast.

The breakfast was very tasty, it's nice that the order is brought to the table. The staff is very helpful, especially Maria during breakfast.

I did not like the smell of the sewer coming into our room each day and we had to complain to get it fixed.
The Lobby was toxic with perfume. I did not like this place

The location in the heart of the Temple Bar district was excellent. The hotel and rooms look like they were recently renovated. It’s beautiful! The video “photos” of Mr. And Mrs. Mercantile greeting you when you exited the elevator were fun and delightful. The staff were super friendly. The breakfast was awesome! The rooms were quiet even though the hotel is in the heart of the Temple Bar district.
The rooms are smaller than expected, but that didn’t really detract from the quality of our stay.
