Good
It was very central to grafton street and temple bar region. Lots of great restaurants and bars! The staff were amazingly kind and gracious , the aesthetics were adorable and the breakfast was well priced and they had many great gluten free options! One of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had in quite a while.
The double bed room is very small and the bed is only accessible on one side, the bottom and headboards are flush to the wall as well as the other side of the bed. Can be difficult to maneuver getting out of if there are two people. The shower was also rather small. The listing says “sound proof windows” but you can still hear the noise from the surrounding bars in the area all night. So if you’re a light sleeper this is not the location for you.

The overall vibe and decor was amazing. Great location!
Loved all the amenities. Would suggest including lotion in the basic toiletries and better lighting for the interior rooms as they were extremely dark.

Wonderful
The hotel has been recently renovated and it shows. It's a cool/hip designed spot, from the public spaces to the rooms themselves. The staff was helpful, the space was clean, the rooms were more spacious than I'd expected given the exceedingly central location, and it felt very modern. It was also very quiet despite the very central location in Temple Bar.
It felt like almost too commercial compared to other hotels we stayed at in Ireland (e.g., charging for 1-2 hours of an early check in). It felt a bit penny pinching given how high the rates are.

Very Good
The building, bar and cafe are beautiful. Location is perfect, right across from temple bar, close to trinity, christ cathedral... And the room was incredibly quiet for how central the location was!
Breakfast was tasty, they had gf and vegan options available. Staff very nice and helpful.
Bed was comfortable, had a good sleep, and the room and bathroom was decorated with taste.
The room was very very small. Imagine a double bed with about 20 cm space around three of its sides. For one night was great, but wouldn't want to be there for longer or if it's a business trip and need space to work.
At breakfast, they had a menu with hot items to select one of, plus a continental buffet with pastries, fruits, granola. When I asked for a latte I was told only filter is included, barista cafe is paid separately - which was fine, I paid for it, but at 205 euro a night, a 4 euro latte shouldn't be a huge loss on the hotel.

The roof is a wooden floor and was creaking from people walking above... Can be disruptive for light sleepers.

Room for three of us was perfect! Really spacious and all set up for three guests unlike some hotels where the third person is an add on - it didn’t feel like that at all!
Newly refurbished, loved style and quirky character of the hotel.
