We had a beautiful room & excellent ensuite;
and the view down over the back lawn to the sea was stunning!
Our room was also spotlessly clean. We enjoyed our breakfast in the Italian themed room - my wife loved
her fry, while I am a fan of "Coco pops" followed by toast & jam.
Porridge would also go down well at breakfast.

A great location with beautiful sea view and a short drive to the airport. Friendly staff and a spacious modern room.
The exit onto a busy intersection was a bit tricky.

Lovely staff. Nice Food. Nice quiet hotel. Beautiful garden.
the room was roasting. Couldn't leave window open as there was some kind of generator running on the roof outside. The bed seem quite small and we could have someone walking around in the room above from very early in the morning. Also the hallway squeaked when someone passed the door. Its seems like a very old hotel.

The location was lovely and staff very friendly and helpful. Thank you Fiona on reception.
The room was lovely and spacious, shower was excellent. The only downside, was the room was very hot due to the radiator not switching off, so it was quite difficult to sleep due to the heat, we only stayed for one night but reported it as soon as we could the following morning and staff were quick to try and resolve issue.

Quiet location and not far from the DART.
The price for 1 night bed only was €220. The last time I stayed here a few weeks ago the price for 1 night B&B was €130. I don't comprehend the difference in price within a few weeks.
