Quiet location and not far from the DART.
The price for 1 night bed only was €220. The last time I stayed here a few weeks ago the price for 1 night B&B was €130. I don't comprehend the difference in price within a few weeks.

Room 223. Very tired room. Paint peeling off walls, shower poor. Windows so dirty - disgusting. Room too hot.
We spoke to reception who got duty manager who said there was nothing she could do but offer complementary breakfast. We were charged close to 270 euro....we will not be returning, there's plenty of comfortable hotels that dont charge this rate and rooms are in acceptable condition. Please invest in upgrades.... place is a kip

Christina on the desk was absolutely lovely and even gave us complimentary breakfast. We were heading to a concert in Malahide for the evening so the location and public transport options were fantastic!
Our room although lovely with a wonderful view of the bay was very hot the whole stay. We had the window open the whole time but unfortunately it didn’t do much. There was also a whirring electrical sound that we couldn’t find the source to going the whole time.

view was horrible, requested a room for the room. They stated we have a few but they are not available.
long wait when ordering food from start to finish over 2 hours . Advised mandatory to wear a swimming. cap despite being bald, arrived at pool to see people swimming without swimming caps.

We were in town to see Macklemore so location was great. Our room had a wonderful view and the grounds looked great. Had we been staying any longer than overnight, I would have explored the beach etc.
Our bed was comfortable and spacious & our room was clean. We had breakfast the next day and had a variety of cold & hot options.
Plenty of guest parking too. We will be back.
I didn't like that our trip was so short! There was some renovations happening in rooms nearby but we heard nothing & the workmen were also very pleasant as we passed. I can't say I have any issues.
