Its location was great.
The staff weren’t trained, almost got charged twice due to paying through booking.com, room was dirty and full of dust, tea and coffee making facilities were sub par, fire alarm went off at 7.30am no warning nor apologies, bar closed and wasn’t available to residents after 11pm, breakfast was awful, soggy over cooked and a small variety, staff didn’t inform us on where on when breakfast was at check in, over all very disappointing experience as we were there on our wedding night , wouldn’t recommend and would advise people to stay somewhere else

Breakfast was expensive. It was good but for the money it should have been much better. It was meager in choice. The location was lovely. Quiet and away from the city but can easily get into Dublin in 25 to 30 minutes. Seafront was a bonus.

Old school stylish hotel. Has seen better days but very nice atmosphere and cozy. Also, nice sauna.
The reception staff was awfully unfriendly. I came too early for checkin an staff was pissed. Went for a walk, returning 10 minutes before checkin time. Staff still pissed, asked me to wait. 20 minutes later i wanted to retrieve my luggage that i have stored before, was asked to wait 5 minutes i stead of just goving it to me fast. Another 20 minutes later still no one came to let me in my room. Only after repeated prodding i was shown to my room.

Had a small restaurant and another Italian but it was not open while we were there. Also a pub. Nice view of the bay and could go out and walk on the beach. Nice location close to a train station if you wanted to go into Dublin.
No air conditioner and small window. Very hot the first night even though it was in the 50's but no breeze. 2nd night we were able to get a fan from the front desk and that helped.
