Most things were good beds are really comfortable the location is good staff are friendly, gym is amazing we will def be back
Breakfast was nearly empty when we went down at about 8.30am and it took ages to refill it, there was this flask of filter coffee as the coffee machine wasn’t working but the manager seemed more occupied with that then trying to fill the buffet. Hopefully it was just a bad morning

Room a good size. Very clean although needs a little updating as marks on the carpet and walls.
Breakfast good and value for money.
Staff is the biggest bonus for this hotel. Very helpful and extremely pleasant.
Stayed in room facing towards the shopping centre. Some noise coming from that side of the building was a little off putting.
