The swimming pool and facilities around this was very good
The hotel reception, bar and restaurant were freezing. Staff said they had numerous complaints about this, but nothing was done. Many complaints from other customers about food being cold and service. Staff arguing between themselves in front of customers. Bedroom heating was not working, had to move room twice before this was sorted. Overall could do with updating hotel.

The room was so warm, can’t feel proper ventilation inside the room. We have turned off the radiator but still warm. I have asked for a cooling fan which was provided promptly. The bed keeps on moving, tried to lock the bed wheels but still moving.

Room was clean and comfortable, with hotel in a good location. Parking was accessible with plenty of spaces and included in the price which is a real plus in the Dublin area.
Parking was initially hard to find, no smart TV in room.

Staff was kind and rooms had the utilities that we needed.
Room smelled a little, water pressure was quite bad, some things in the room were falling apart (i.e. the bathroom vent fan), walls very thin.

The hotel staff was very nice, I give them 10+
The location is good, the room was nice and comfortable.
Would definitely stay here again.
The only negative was, that my room was not ready at 5pm, which was unusual, but I let it go as a one time accidental thing.
And the bed kept rolling away from the headboard, just by sitting on it, that should certainly be fixed.

The room
We were put outside the hotel at another unit We had to walk 8 minutes to other location with our luggage. There was no conversation or communication about how to use the technology for the room. The front desk person was distracted and inattentive.

Staff were pleasant.
It was a really warm night and there is no A/C in the rooms. The two sockets near the bed didn't not work. A fan was provided but I couldn't plug it in next to the bed. The breakfast was just about satisfactory. A second coffee machine would be great to avoid queues at 7am

How near it was to the venue we needed to be at
The price. No air conditioning. Tiny rooms. Can't use the balcony. No extra toilet roll was given

Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and clean.
We returned back late from a competition with children. One lady was quite unpleasant and didn't want to help with food for the children telling my friends the kitchen was closed, where as her male colleague told us it was fine, the kitchen would be opened for another 10 mins despite us arriving after our friends.

Thank you very much for the ice creams on Friday when we arrived at ur hotel from the manager it was delicious ? the rooms were amazing staff were helpful breakfast was gorgeous myself and my bf enjoyed ur stay
