Location and room size
People using substances in the corridor, didnt feel safe at all. Bathtub was dirty, so where the tiles in the bathroom. Load screaming and shouting at night.

The staff was very polite,
The heating in the room was broke, didn't heat the room up ,had to leave the bathroom door open to try heat the room up. I had booked for 2 nights when I was checking in I was only charged for the 1 night only for I copped the mistake I could have been woke up the next morning to leave, and that was the man behind the desk

Nothing spectacular really
The heating facilities is poor and the corridor leading to my room smells badly like that of a rotten fish. Reported to the receptionist and the manager but made promises at first and later sounded defensive. The rooms got no portable fridges

The staffs were so pleasant
During my stay in room 114, I encountered several issues: the floor was dirty, the towels had an unpleasant odor, suggesting they weren't clean, and the lock on the safe door was faulty, which made me feel insecure about my valuables. Additionally, there was no intercom to reach the reception, forcing me to use my phone to communicate instead.

My room allocation was perfect for a business traveller - away from the front facing traffic noise. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable.
Whilst there's an electric radiator in the room, the heat from the water filled radiators was time limited which isn't ideal given the cold outside temperature. The "on" time should be extended with guests determining when / if they should be turned down / off.

The rooms were not clean enough,someone else water bottle was in my room. TV was still on

Hotel was great. Nice breakfast. Staff lovely. Room sufficient. Only down side was we never slept. 1st night bad guests next door. 2nd night the Christmas party noise and 3rd a baby. All unrelated to the hotel really. All in all a good stay.

This hotel was booked due to a hospital appointment in nearby Tallaght Hospital.
The location is good, just across from Tallaght Stadium and near Tallaght centre. Nice channel selection on TV.
We had booked a triple room, but there were only facilities for 2. Even the next day, housekeeping only left amenities for 2 (water, biscuits, even mug and glass etc) and we had to go looking for housekeeping more than once to say there were 3 in the room! We ordered room service one evening and by the time the food got to the room, it was actually cold; in addition we noticed after there was only cutlery for 2. I used a spoon for my mashed potato and luckily the meat was very tender. The price we paid was about €10-€12 more than we had calculated - in conclusion, the only explanation we could think of was that we were in fact charged a 'tray fee' (€7, as well as some other expense...) even though our order had exceeded €30 (where there shouldn't have been a tray fee)... We didn't actually say anything, as one person in our party insisted we didn't. There was no table in the room, just one chair - it looked like the table (and another chair) had been removed. This was not comfortable when you are trying to eat food - particularly food that you order there in the hotel. Inexplicably, the balcony door was locked. I think some hotels underestimate how frustrating this can be for guests as it feels you are not getting the full benefit of the room. One in our party mentioned that the mirror position conflicted with the area where the tea tray was...

I had a volcano fries in the restaurant and it was amazing, very spicy but perfect. The staff were lovely and tried to be helpful as possible.
Our room was freezing as the window was left open and the radiator was off. The bed was quite hard and pillows were uncomfortable. We had to ask for more blankets as there was no extra in our room but they couldn't find them so they gave us an extra duvet but we didn't mind that. They staff were lovely but didn't seem to be very knowledgeable about the hotel. They sent maintenance up to fix our heating and it was on the lowest setting so he turned it up for us. We were so surprised at how cold the room was and why the window was left open and the heating off on a winters night. We were on the third floor and it was windy so we could hear things banging in the wind all night so we didn't sleep much at all and had an early morning and long day ahead so we weren't very happy. The coffee bar is not open until 12pm so we had to go to the breakfast bar to get coffee there, I was hoping to taste there advertised coffee from the coffee bar but I couldn't as not open early.
