Staff
Old , scuffed rooms. Tv and phone didn’t work in first room. Was moved. New room tv glitches constantly , phone doesn’t work. Bathroom floor filthy . Room like an oven. Fans in room x2 didn’t work .

The hotel boasts a prime and convenient location, just a short walk from the Luas tram line and a nearby shopping centre.
The room was quite small and noticeably unclean, with no air conditioning provided. Despite our request for housekeeping, no one came to clean the room. The only service we received was a towel change, which occurred after 6pm.

Staff were pleasant and accommodating.
Bathroom was not clean, no air con and cant open windows properly - fans provided but not adequate, way too hot to sleep. Very expensive for what we got.

The bedroom was lovely and perfectly clean. We had downstairs and we were very happy with it.
There is a sewer problem in the bathroom. There was a faint smell when we checked in,we were only there for approx 20 mins. Came back and the smell was so strong neither of us showered cause we couldn't bare being in there. It was over powering just going in for a minute to brush teeth or use the toilet

Disappointing
I felt the room was not clean. On picking a towel off the ground, there was a lump of black hair stuck to it. Not from any of the current guests. For the cost of the room, it was poor to be honest.
