Very far from the center ; no interest except for the access to the stadium ; the area is not very safe ; and the hotel is quite old.

Check in and check out was fast Located right next to Lidl
The room floor was filthy. It looked like it had never been mopped and whatever they wiped the floor with left more dirt than cleaning it. When we checked in there were random dusty bits on the table etc. I moved the bed slightly towards the wall (as my child was sleeping that side) and in the 5cm move it was FILTHY under the bed. Smelled of weed in the corridor. The bathroom sink was a bit broken inside the basin. Bathroom floor tiles were loose and squeaked badly and moved when you stood on them.

Meals were excellent. Staff were great when we had a major problem and went out of their way to offer free drinks and breakfast to compensate.
Cleanliness of the room. We were there for five nights and the room wasn’t vacuumed or the bed made properly.

The lady on check in was extremely friendly and so accommodating. And the night porters were fantastic couldn’t fault them. Our room was exceptionally clean and a comfortable.
We were not advised in advance of a €200 per room deposit, when I called to pay in advance to our arrival that day was when I was told about the deposit across the phone. The gentleman said he would put me onto a manager which he then placed me onto another accommodation receptionist, from who had told me I was wrong as it stated it before I booked on the booking (it did not) and it was in my confirmation email (which I did not receive), nor did the hotel contact me to confirm my booking in advance. I was eventually placed onto a manager who was adamant that I needed to pay €200 deposit, I of course argued this with him! Travelling from Sligo at 7pm to Dublin stressed was an understatement (anxious about a crazy deposit) to then being greeted by a wonderful receptionist who did not request a deposit. The stress of this nearly ruined our weekend. Both mornings during breakfast I also witnessed staff coming into the breakfast room stacking away croissants and other food in the presses beneath where they were supplied, this was clearly so they could collect them later to have for later as breakfast was still ongoing leaving barley any for the guests , one morning clearly people who are not from around who are living in the hotel had their children bouncing on sofas in the breakfast room and leaning over my seat staring at me while I ate uncomfortably, these residents should be accommodated separate to guests whom are paying over €200 a night to stay in this establishment. I have nothing against these people but when you are going away for a relaxing weekend that’s the last thing you want to be experiencing during your breakfast. Rooms were lovely some of the staff (mostly evening) are exceptional people, but I’m sorry to say I wouldn’t book here again, STAY CLEAR !

Cleaning The room had no a/c which I wasn’t expecting. It did however have a filthy fan. I turned it off as there was just too much dust. The room we had 210 Could do with a major deep clean/ renovation.

The room was dated ,hole in the wall and the bathroom tiles had cracks in floor , just old looking, everytime you sat on the bed at the headboard the bed moved away from the wall just uncomfortable.

Bed was comfortable.
Staff in the bar were appalling, hotel was ridiculously hot even with a fan and open window. Room was dirty, bathroom floor looked like it hadn't been mopped in weeks. Pool needs refurbishment water was tinged yellow from rust in small pool.

Our room wasn’t cleaned Food wasn’t brilliant, I understand that on a coach trip there’s lots of mouths to feed at once but the starter and main course was poor.

They charged me 20 euro for every hour we stayed past 11 am check out even though we stayed a full week. Wanted to check out at 12

We stayed a week then had someone banging on the door because we had not checked out by 11. Demanded 20 euro for every hour after 11. I had already asked about 12 check out as has been Ed to go to airport Put a real downer on the experience
