The room was clean very nice and friendly staff The hotel is close to the shopping centre a very good location with walking distance overall all good
There is only one thing with the underground car park I scratched my side mirror because the automatic gate wasn't open fully and I barely drove out there was another guest behind me stuck because he has a wider car so I know it's a shared car park but still security would you please make sure it doesn't happen again

The location was good, and the staff were nice.
Cleanliness was lacking throughout the hotel. Our room wasn't cleaned properly and there was dust and things like contact lenses on the floor. The ventilation was lacking too, and we had no access to the balcony that was attached to the room. There is no AC and they had given a small table fan to counter the extreme heat, but the fan didn't work properly. Also, the locker was not functional.

Nice room. Staff friendly. Nice session in bar every Wednesday night with great musicians. Handy for square
V warm in rooms fan supplied but still c hot.. breakfast was up to 10. Went down at 9.50. Slim pickings. Everything was cold. . V poor.

Swimming pool and gym very good staff very friendly
The room was unbearably hot so hot that we could not sleep sweat poring out of us we had to leave at 5 in the morning to get some sleep in the car before taking part in our activity we had planned very unhappy

Staff were pleasant and friendly. Plenty of hanging spare. Lights were good.plenty of water and hot drinks. Breakfast was buffet ,plenty to choose from a good selection. Something for everyone.
Nets in dining room needed a wash. Balcony door lock was extremely hard to close,I would have had problems if I had been on my own.
