The staff were very helpful, and it was nice to have a restaurant in the lobby (although the cost for breakfast is outrageous). There was a small grocer next door and a brunch restaurant across the square for good breakfasts. Our room was comfortable and quiet.
Nothing to complain of, but this is not a location particularly close to any tourist areas.

Very welcoming from start to finish, rooms were spotless as spacious, breakfast really nice and good selection overall a great hotel in a great location in Dublin facing Guinness Factory. Prefer North side of the liffey little streets and nice walk to Grafton Street 20 mins, Temple Bar 20 mins

The staff was very nice and prompt in answering all requests. Especially, when asked for a fan due to no air conditioning built in the room. I loved every morning stepping into the lobby, the staff would greet us 'Good Morning!'. So cheery!

Everything was winthin walking distance. Used uber only once to catch a bus for an early morning tour. The morning breakfast buffet was a great start to our days.

The room was too hot. The windows don’t open to allow for a breeze. It was truly uncomfortable to sleep in a hot room with stale air. If you book a stay in the summer and don’t have a room with a balcony, good luck!

Wonderful
great location, some walk up pubs and if you want you can even walk to the centre. Staff was very friendly, the rooms have been quite big and the we were able to leave the luggage, i can fully recommend this hotel.
Breakfast was somehow included for one room, but for the other room it was not included, it was quite a mess and i had to pay extra for one morning.

The beds were very comfortable, appeared to be new mattresses. The location was 15 min walk from everything in Dublin. We never needed to use transportation except to the airport. The breakfast was excellant and had great variety. They provided water bottles every day which was a very nice gesture.
The rooms were hot at night. They provided a fan which was not adequate. We stayed on the 5th floor and kept the balcony door open all night but that still did not cool off the room.
