Great to have twin bed for children plus a large bed for my husband and me. Smithfield also great location
Bathroom outdated with cracked floor tiles, so that could be renovated - but it was super clean and the shower was great.

Great location. clean appearance overall
The bathrooms were a bit moldy and mildewed in many places. Paint was flaking off the door jam around the bathroom. The pod coffee machine in the room was broken.

The room was sized perfectly for the 2 of us. The bed was extremely comfortable. There was plenty of space for us to out our things and still be able to mover around comfortably. The area of the hotel was perfect as you are in walking distance of the red line luas and there are plenty of places to eat near by

It was clean..
The room cost was €599 ! Was too over priced for a basic hotel that usually costs €150 per night. The hotel increased there prices due to a concert and a match on !
The bedroom had no sound instillation , we could here everything going on in the adjoining room next door, including phone calls. We didnt get any sleep.! There was no air con. The built in shower head was measured for a 4 foot person as im 5'5 and had to bend to wash . When we questioned this to the receptionist she said that is was a room for disabled people, however this cant be true as there was no wheelchair access to a shower as there was a bath that I had to climb in to shower. On top of the extortionate price , there was no breakfast included . It's scandless what Hotels are getting away with. They are exploiting people!

Location was great. Room clean. Bed comfortable.
Lifts were temperamental (one not working when we arrived and left). No aircon in room which was understandable given the normal temperatures in Dublin, but window didn’t seem to open far enough to allow in a breeze.

The location
The price implied a great concern to guests accommodation. The rooms were uncomfortable very warm. The hotels answer for a room of four was a single table top oscillating fan that made noise. The manager left a note explaining the unseasonal heat wave with 4 bottles of complimentary warm water.The tub was DANGEROUS.. when asked for beds to be made with top sheets to accommodate the heat a single sheet was left in the corner of one of the beds. The room was a quad.
The location is terrific but the facilities and accommodations were not indicative of the very dear price.
