Exceptional
The beds were very comfortable, appeared to be new mattresses. The location was 15 min walk from everything in Dublin. We never needed to use transportation except to the airport. The breakfast was excellant and had great variety. They provided water bottles every day which was a very nice gesture.
The rooms were hot at night. They provided a fan which was not adequate. We stayed on the 5th floor and kept the balcony door open all night but that still did not cool off the room.

Location was okay, but not great.
There was no air conditioning which is okay, as long as you disclose that on your marketing materials. WAY too uncomfortable during the summer. Never would have booked here without air conditioning

There was no air conditioning so the room felt like a sauna. It was minimum 28 degrees in the room which made it impossible to sleep. Moreover, ventilation in the bathroom was non-existent so the heat and humidity from the shower made the room feel even hotter. It was insufferable.

We absolutely loved the location. 20 minute walk to the centre of Dublin. Great vibe. There is a supermarket right next door to the property. And the receptionists working the front desk were fab, great energy, very friendly, very helpful.
Lack of air on in the room and fan not working in the bathroom. Shower heads require a thorough cleaning as the build up of limescale was apparent from a distance. Under the beds could be hovered once per week at least. But all in all aside from those minors fab stay

Everything was winthin walking distance. Used uber only once to catch a bus for an early morning tour. The morning breakfast buffet was a great start to our days.
Rooms were small but we weren’t in them long.

It's a great location near the city center for a short stay. The room was clean. We didn't have breakfast there; however, there are plenty of places nearby to get breakfast.
The car park wasn't great. There was a paid car park behind the hotel, or else you had to leave your car on the street.

The room was too hot. The windows don’t open to allow for a breeze. It was truly uncomfortable to sleep in a hot room with stale air. If you book a stay in the summer and don’t have a room with a balcony, good luck!

Property was very clean, beds very comfortable , location was great
The staff member was rude not welcoming and after check in we went out to the local pubs on return he was reluctant to leave us back in I give details of which room we were in which was 420… he then said we don’t have a 420… checked computer and rather than apologising he argued further give us a new room cards which was not necessary and took some time … we then were allowed back to our room but that experience was awful he was rude and patronising

Small room full of furniture with not enough space ( we where two in a triple bedroom and we didn't have not even the space to range the suitcases).
Useless balcony, you can't stay ( no chairs) and smoking forbidden; otherwise dirty .
There was a party until 2 am in one of the rooms nearby, impossible to sleep
