Property was very clean, beds very comfortable , location was great
The staff member was rude not welcoming and after check in we went out to the local pubs on return he was reluctant to leave us back in I give details of which room we were in which was 420… he then said we don’t have a 420… checked computer and rather than apologising he argued further give us a new room cards which was not necessary and took some time … we then were allowed back to our room but that experience was awful he was rude and patronising

Small room full of furniture with not enough space ( we where two in a triple bedroom and we didn't have not even the space to range the suitcases).
Useless balcony, you can't stay ( no chairs) and smoking forbidden; otherwise dirty .
There was a party until 2 am in one of the rooms nearby, impossible to sleep

Rooms were a bit smelly. Had to move due to this on arrival. Bit of a pain as was asked to bring out things from 5th floor room back down to reception then to go back up to 4th floor new room. Smelt slightly better but not great. Left after one night. Was hoping to have extended to stay 3 nights. Also public outside area (we had a balcony although small so could only stand on it) was too noisy both night with people hanging about there and next morning a delivery lorry and taxi had an altercation meaning lorry engine and cooler was running noisily for over half an hour disturbing us.
