It was clean , bed was super comfortable and staff very helpful and friendly and easy to get to luas

It was comfortable and the staff was professional and lovely to talk with. Hope was exceptional in his customer service!
It was a bit warm inside the hotel, they probably needed more air conditioning.

Location very handy with the Luas stop only a few hundred yards away , easy check in / out and quietclean room .

The staff were very friendly and accommodating where they could be and made us feel very welcome.
We were on the fourth floor in a family room of 4 with no air con and one small window which made the ability to sleep low, the temperature incredibly uncomfortable meaning we aimed to spend as much time out the hotel as possible - the hotel did provide one small fan but it didn’t really help.

A perfect choice. Very well positioned, everything is at a walking distance. Very good rooms, attentive staff, excellent breakfast.
Being a smoker I was surprised that balconies are nonsmoking as well. But rules are rules. Also there is no fridge in the room, but there is a vending machine with cold drinks.
