Good location and one of the cheapest hotels, good value compared to other options,
I paid for a triple room that was supposed to have three double beds however it only had three single beds, was not an issue but is disappointing as I had paid more money online for the upgrade

Convenient and location is about 12 mins walk to Capel St
On 27 January 2026, the hotel lost electricity and water due to storm-related flooding. While this was outside the hotel’s control, there was no communication or guidance provided to guests that morning.
I had to leave for work without a shower, use drinking water to freshen up, and rely on my mobile phone for light. No assistance or updates were offered.
By the time I returned later that day, services had been restored and operations continued as normal, but there was no acknowledgment or follow-up regarding the disruption.

Each night had loud parties/noise in the hallways that woke us up. The room would have benefited from some additional lamps or lighting.

Property was nice as was the room. The staff were very friendly.
Room had no fridge. There were no screens on windows so we could open them for ventilation. Area around hotel was a little rough. Breakfast was over priced

Slabs of scrambled eggs looked a bit industrial. No cream for coffee (I’m from Canada).

The staff were very polite, friendly, welcoming and very accommodating when checking in and out. Extremely nice throughout our entire stay!
I just wasn't keen on the location as we walked throughout Dublin.

I liked that it was distant enough from the Temple Bar area that it wasn't crowed and loud, but also that we could easily walk to the tourist attractions and restaurants. Breakfast had a large selection and everyone was satisfied.

I had no complaints for what I used this hotel for. It was within a short walk to food and a little convivence store that I could grab some fruit, pastries, and water.
The food service seemed a bit over priced for what you received.

Our room was across from the elevator and combined with the energy saving system of dimming the lights when no one was there became quite annoying anytime someone stepped out.

Friendly staff who allowed me to switch rooms when I discovered it was a bath not a shower in the first assigned room. Also that I can control heat & AC in room.
