Well located, our quadruple room had everything we needed, comfy beds, coffee facilities, an iron. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
Our main issue was noise. Our room was one of two in a separate section of the ground floor accommodation, and our bedroom door was located directly next to the entry door of said section, which when closed made a loud slamming noise. This was amplified by the guests over both nights in the other room, who were making lots of noise and constantly entering and leaving their room throughout the night.

The location was great, and the constant replenishment of tea, biscuits, and other items was very nice. The reception staff were also kind enough to lend adapters for the plugs.
It's surprising that a 4-star hotel doesn't have a smart TV, nor a Chromecast option. In other words, you're forced to watch the available channels. Nowadays, it's necessary to have other options, even if it's just Netflix and others. This is unpleasant when the stay is 2 or more nights. The fact that the shower wasn't portable wasn't the best part either, especially when you just want a body shower.

It was lovely and food was very good. The room a bit dated and needs to be repainted and few minor things in bathroom but as I say nothing major.
I couldn't get the air conditioning to heat up so was a bit cold. But I generally feel the cold hard with my disability

Didn't have breakfast. Hotel was convenient for overnight break and access to shops.
The fact that there is no onsite parking is a little bit inconvenient.
