Staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was cleaned to a high standard everywhere. Breakfast was amazing!
The room was very small, for a double deluxe I would have expected a bigger room, that is my only complaint!

Buffet style Breakfast was lovely, everything red hot, lots of choice. 6 friends travelling together, we got connecting rooms, 3 in each room. Staff couldn't do enough to help, the cleaner on floor 6 was especially helpful. We were a 15 min walk to temple bar area, but plenty of pit stops on route. Looking to book again next year

Breakfast was nice and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, the location felt a bit rundown, right next to a busy road, although it was surprisingly quiet at night. The room (a King Room) was equipped for disabled access, which made the bathroom setup quite unusual and not very comfortable for us. There was no shower handle, so it wasn’t convenient for showering. It was not possible to open a window.
It’s about a 10–15 minute walk to the parking area, and the walk isn’t the most pleasant.
For this price range, there are definitely better options available in Dublin.

Lovely hotel. The rooms were great they were spotless. Room was nice .and it was lovely and quiet . the beds are so comfortable. The staff were very helpful. They had a shower seat in the shower which is so handy for someone that isn't able to stand properly.The breakfast was delicious they had a great selection. The only downside was we went down for something to eat that night and everything on the menu was spicy . I ordered the chicken wings and could only eat four as they weren't nice. They need to consider people who can't eat spicy food.
The evening menu almost everything was spicy there wasn't really a choice of something that wasn't spicy. They need to add other stuff to the menu that's not spicy

friendly and efficient staff, decent sized room, good shower, water in room, comfortable bed. air conditioning worked well, good soundproofing and light proofing on windows/curtains.

On check in the staff were very friendly.
Atmosphere was very good in the evening time. It was a pretty central location in Dublin. Which we used as a base.
The room was very clean. 5 of us stayed. 2 adults 3 children. Loads of room in the bedroom.. easily sleep 2 more people.
Not much. The price of a drink at the bar.
Although the girl serving me was very polite and friendly. And I spoke to a few other visitors to the city
