I reserved a room with 3 twin beds and got a room with 2 double beds and my adult sister had to sleep with my 90 year old mother.

The location was very good as we were there to attend the hospital for a procedure.
The unruly behaviour of a group of guests at 3 am to 4 am, screaming, chanting, and knocking on guest rooms. We brought this matter to the attention of the reception who said we were not the only ones who complained about this. My husband was recovering from surgery as this madness unfolded. Also, they had televisions blaring in rooms.

We liked the room itself. There was space with draws.Staff came in and cleaned/ tidied. We had fresh towels each day which I didn't expect. The breakfast was good and there were plenty of staff if needed. We did have drinks from the bar in the evening and the lounge was nice.
There was construction opposite so there was some noise. There were limited hangers to use in the wardrobe.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Room comfortable an spacious
For a 4 star hotel, I would have expected body cream, shower cap. The shower head wasn't movable which is complicated if you want to wash a child or if you simply don't want to wash your hair.

It was clean, central. The room had a nice size and wasn’t too noisy. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly when it came to shortening my stay due to a family incident back home. Will always appreciate their time and can recommend this lovely hotel to anyone wanting to visit beautiful Dublin :))
