Location was ideal for us, just a short walk from nightlife along a road that had plenty of other people walking along too in the early hours, & was right next to the beautiful St. Patrick's Cathedral Park. Staff were absolutely lovely & our room was great.

Property was clean and quiet
Staff member walked in on both of us while getting dressed in the morning. This was 9.20 and check out is 11.
Ordered room service via the qr code selecting the 24 hour menu, it was never delivered. Called reception 9 times before the answered advise this qr code doesn’t work and it has to be ordered over the phone. Was advised it would 10 minutes. An hour later food wasn’t there. Called to cancel but was told no food was on the way. Once at the door I was expected to pay again, I refused this and the food was taken away. €40 down and no food.
Customer service were friendly in morning but other staff needing serious training

There was no fridge in the room but maybe that’s not a thing in Ireland. It wasn’t a huge deal but the weather was very hot during our visit so cold drinks would have been a plus.

Location is good
Air conditioning unit switches off by itself and needs to be switch on again (asked the hotel staff and he mentioned it’s normal. Woke up a couple of times in the night to switch on the air conditioning unit as the room gets really stuffy). Housekeeping service was a hit and miss….. especially the cleanliness in the bathroom.
