It was centrally located, updated, newer facilities.
Our safe did not work and we requested twice to have it fixed which did not happen. We had to carry all valuables while out and about.

Nice staff, generally a nice hotel.
Biggest annoyance for me was the number of contacts from the hotel before and after staying for 1 night. Far too many emails confirming the same info repeatedly.

All of the staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Good location.
The person assigned to clean room was maybe in training. Did not make beds, vacuum or dump garbage from room.

Shower floor fills and spills on the floor. Outside of shower had old mildew so probably has been leaking with no repair

Location
The hotel is not worth the amount they are charging. No fridge in rooms and refused to store my items. Ice machines are not available so have to get from the bar all the way downstairs. The doors and ceilings have mould was an absolute disgrace this place. Whoever manages this hotel should be fired!

Room was nice and spacious. Luxury sort of feel
Unfortunately I think the parking is extremely underwhelming. The spaces are really tight and the car park itself isn’t sign posted or directed well, especially from google maps!
Also the staff on didn’t speak great English - made it hard when ordering food n drinks. But were helpful enough
